Cookie Policy
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you visit a website. Cookies make it possible to recognise your browser and to collect information about your browsing.
Cookies do not contain any directly identifiable personal data and cannot damage your device.
Cookies used on our site
1. Essential cookies (mandatory)
These cookies are essential for the operation of the site and cannot be disabled. They allow us to:
- Keep your session active while you browse
- Remember the contents of your shopping cart
- Secure your connection and prevent fraud attempts
- Remember your cookie consent preferences
Retention period: Session or up to 30 days
2. Analytics cookies (optional)
These cookies allow us to measure the site's audience and improve how it works:
- Number of visitors and pages viewed
- Duration of visits and navigation paths
- Bounce rate and most popular pages
- Technical performance (loading times)
Tools used: Umami, our self-hosted audience measurement tool, running on our own servers. It works without cookies, anonymously, and is exempt from consent requirements under the CNIL ruling of 4 July 2025; it is therefore active for all visitors.
With your consent: A recurring visitor identifier and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, session recording) enrich this measurement, only if you have accepted analytics cookies.
Retention period: Up to 25 months for Umami audience statistics (no cookie involved); up to 13 months for the visitor ID cookie set upon consent.
3. Functional cookies (optional)
These cookies improve your browsing experience:
- Saving your preferences (language, currency)
- Personalising the display according to your preferences
- Enabling advanced features (image zoom, videos)
Retention period: Up to 12 months
4. Marketing and social media cookies (optional)
These cookies are used to:
- Share content on social media (Instagram, Facebook)
- Display targeted advertising based on your interests
- Measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns
Third-party services: No advertising pixel is currently active on the site. This purpose is reserved for future use (for example Facebook Pixel or Instagram).
Retention period: Up to 13 months
5. Data sharing (optional)
With your consent, we share anonymised statistics with partners:
- Aggregated traffic data, without any identifier that could recognise you individually
- No personal data or individual browsing behaviour is transmitted
Retention period: Up to 13 months (duration of the consent cookie)
